I have a swift futura 4 bank. 2 front hatchriser
One rear for only 3 stops car 1 has 3 rear and 2
Are basement other 3 1-11. So quite a few times
Know I have had buttons at 11 not working and cars going to 9 opening and closing the doors buttons not working on 9 either. In the past it has been the button board
Two floors above where car is stopping .

Now it is moving 5th floor with 7. 11,7 and 2nd floor
Anyone come across this before? All the button board going bad or am I losing comms. Some point me in the right direction. I'm spun around in the trees. Thx for any feedback back. I'll be back to job in am. Thx again

Sounds strange.

So if you had trouble at floor 10, you replaced the HPU cards at 12 and that fixed your trouble at 10?

When you replace serial link cards, your addressing the new cards to the appropriate floor right?
Here are a few ideas:
Try a different car# for dispatcher
Do you have the Swift program in your pc? Or do you use the RVU Wizard box?
Can you see what happens when you place these hall calls, and the cars(s) land at a floor different than where the call was cancelled?
Do the lanterns chime where the car is not, but the call was cancelled?
If everything seems to appear OK, and switching to a different car for dispatcher doesnt help, try mainlining all cars off but one...check dispatching. If all seems good, bring up the next car and check. Do this until the dispatching takes a crap, or all cars are online. Maybe its one car out of the group thats at fault, as they all have the capability to be dispatcher.
What other faults generate during this weird hall call issue?
These are just a few quick checks, and indeed you might get lucky, or your trouble is a bit deeper.

And last, but most likely not your trouble, but what mfg button are you using? The ERM button is known to collapse internally due to one or both contact separation springs breaking. Result...not call or constant door cycling and lantern until the demand calls it away.

Whatever happens, keep us posted, as this sounds like a doozy.

Verify all your car to car communication and hall serial link is shielded and grounded on the source side.

Answer to question 1 is yes
Answer to question 2 is yes
No futura on labtop just rvu
When I place a hall call from rvu the car answers.
Car 1 or 2 would keep dispatching ok for a few days.
Found out that resetting group comm was quicker than going floor to
Floor. Only happens at floors with newer innovation board button
Check all addressing good . Had to get a meet style button link board
That have up down and lantern rather than just one long board.
I ended up swapping floors with new boards. After getting through a few floors and the lobby which had another button parrelell
To riser 2 no board just multi cable. Issue is stable until a test guy
Or some one else strokes car and moves group control. Which
I have left as it will work unless car that goes down more with tears only is master. Thx for help and feedback. Just posting update
We will see. Waiting for spu battery to go in car 1 or 2 for it to hit the fan. This was a group effort. Thx again.

“ Only happens at floors with newer innovation board button”.
This might be your clue. ^ ^ ^ incompatible board?

Interesting. I’ve seen the Innovation card which turns on an LED array used with MCE serial link controls, but not Swift Futura. My job which is 1996 vintage, those buttons wire directly to the HPU card.
Are the button Cards voltage/job specific, or generic? I say that as you said your troubles are at the floors you’ve replaced the cards on.
I’m not sure what a “meet style button link board”.
