We have a few Gen2's where the cab starts moving slightly, about 1-2 seconds before the doors are fully shut, often in the opposite direction. Even with just 1-2 people inside, going up, as the doors are 1-2 inches from fully closed, you see the elevator inch down until it starts moving up.
