So I've got a 5 stop LMH-PLC with courion doors that won't run on normal or inspection.
to give a brief history of the problems we've had:

1. Arrival at job site. Front side car and outer door full open. Car level. Won't take calls won't shut doors.
2. Found fuse 7 blown (Looking at pg1a of the prints). Replaced fuse with another 3amp and it held but elevator would not run. (Rect.1 output is 26v)
3. Reset indicator on MOD-PLC board was lit. So I pressed reset and the board smoked. Blew 6 or 7 traces on the back of the board.
4. Sent the board off for repair. Plugged board back in and put 10 inline fuses in at various points along PC and AC1 (the 24v and 120v controller commons)
5. Power on and noticed loud buzzing coming from a lit HA relay. Turns out somehow the HA relay coil is getting 120v when it is supposed to be 24v. Fuses still good.
6. Noticed INX wire on MOD-PLC was shorted to ground (1 OHM to ground with wire pulled off) which feeds HA Through IN normally closed relay. (pg12f prints).
7. Replaced INX Traveling cable wire with a spare. No longer getting 120v on HA. It appeared to be shorted against something in the TC or down the line. Also
replaced another traveling cable wire with a spare due to sub 1 OHM readings to ground with wire isolated. I just can't remember which one off the top of my head.
8. I now notice I'm not getting safety string (Which I may not have been all along). My up final is open somehow. I put the car on cartop inspect shut inner and
outer doors manually and jump sc1 - sc2 (top final) and try to run the car up by jumping csw - inu. However I'm not getting inu light on my input card. I'm not getting
any power at csw terminal block on MOD-PLC.
9. At this point prints are unclear about where power originates for csw so we decide take a look at the traveling cable. The skinny guy gets the short end of the stick
and I find myself crawling down the side of the car to look at the TC. TC is clean no nicks or scuff or stretch marks. Not what I was hoping to find.

I guess my real question is where does csw get voltage from. All I see is a small section on pg7b and it is not helpful. Tracing the wire from csw on MOD-PLC board
leads me to an input on my first module as well as the coil of ES relay. I'm leaning towards a faulty MOD-PLC board repair, but I have basically zero experience with
these obscure controllers. Also I'm not sure that I have the full set of prints. I will get more information on input states and other indicators but for now my brain is toast.

Any opinions or similar experiences?

CSW is the in car run/stop switch. It should be on page 8 of the print but it’s just PC to CSW through a normally closed contact.

Hey, so I found a shorted coil on ES relay, which was likely causing some of my fuse blowing issues and maybe even the blown MOD-PLC board. So that makes a shorted relay coil, at least 1 bad traveler cable wire, and the blown MOD-PLC board. It's been a heck of a ride but it lives again. Thanks for the help guys
