CotterPin stranger Joined: Jan 2019 Posts: 7	Good day gents, We have a 330a that travels only 4" in the up direction when hoistway access is activated from the lowest landing. Any ideas? I've been reading these posts for a few weeks, and I respect the content and experience I see with each post. What a great resource for those in the trade. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
