Seeing a new trend on government jobs. Specs read like you will have E-Power from a generator and that all cars will return and 1 car will stay in service. But then they only have battery back up! So far this has been good enough to get elevators to return but no way will we leave one in service as these batteries do not have the ability to keep a car in service for long. Then your drive will shut the car down with people in it for lack of power. And you end up with the same problem E-power is suppose to fix. Causing another government Shut down!!!!

That's what happens when you have incompetent "consultants" writing job specs for something that they, in reality, have absolutely no idea how it works. Then that spec info is checked for validity by an equally incompetent govt employee! Lol. Blind leading the blind. But more money for us to fix correctly so...... have at it dumbasses
