These have swing panels like an IMC and a separate group controller because it’s a triplex. The dispatcher is not assigning hall calls to any of the cars. Car panels say normal and diagnostic LEDs scroll, group panel says normal, car A, B, & C comm lights are on solid, dispatcher LED on side is on solid, dispatcher LEDs on top are scrolling, diagnostic LEDs on front are scrolling, car CNIDs are correct, hall calls latch and can be seen registered in group swing panel. I can’t think of anything else to check. F2H is pulled right now so the cars will EM dispatch until I can check it out on Monday but all I can think is to call MCE.

Had this one on a traction group. Turned out two inputs ISR, and ISRV something like that had failed and no cars would dispatch unless I brought one of the two down to the bottom terminal landing through a car call, then for reasons I couldn’t understand both cars came to life for hall calls. Everything looked normal as you described, but both cars were idle while every hall call was in. New software from MCE was the ticket (job was 9 years old). Other than that, EP fuse is good?

So I went out there this morning. The customer had put all 3 cars on independent on the 6th floor so they wouldn’t run all night. I sent them all down from the machine room, took all 3 off of independent and everything worked fine. So now I really don’t know. MCE was not very much help, just suggested I bring a CRT from another job to see if any faults were logged. And that brings me to another question about putting CRT software on a laptop but I’ll start a new post for that.

Man it would be nice to have that ability on laptop. So many of those old crt's are dead. Hate when those old imc switch the car id for no reason. And then you can't see the damn screen
