Have a tac50-04 with accord drive and regen. Yesterday I was called and was running the unit before leaving the job. Unit started to over speed and trip elec on gov. Would only happen in up direction. I did notice the stack of resistors for regen we’re starting to get that cooked smell. Any ideas? Unit seems to run fine today also

If you have resistors you don’t have regen. In fact, Accord drives aren’t capable of regen. There is a setup with a Yaskowa regen unit but I’ve never seen one. The question is, is it actually overspending or is the switch tripping when it shouldn’t. When you type an FLTN, what were the speeds when it tripped?
