I'm getting a 123 fault on a KCM831 controller with a KDL16S drive. Fault listing in the manual stops at 122 and several Kone techs I've spoke with have no idea. Any thoughts?

If this is a 561 CPU (Has an SD Card Slot to load Software) It is probably a network messaging fault. Simplex or Multi car group?

It's a simplex. I've since found out it's a drive fault pertaining to motor parameters. Still working on how to correct it. Film at 11!!!😎
