I got 3 Dover DMC 1 in a group and car 1 door operator stopped working and board is unresponsive to manual commands of open and close. Checked al voltages and are OK and even installed this board in car 2 and 3 and it worked. But tried the other two boards on car 1 and didn’t work, the same problem as initially.

No fuses blown, checked and replaced all relays with the other cars, and no response from the door operator.

I have a Door Fault 324.

Any clues about this case? Happy 4th of July!

Check 5vdc power supply.
Check a/c ripple voltage on power supply.(put meter on ac and go across power supply)
Ac should not be more then 2vac. ??? Could be playing games with your communications to selector, clc, to door board.

Have you checked the Motor? Could be brushes, or wires to motor.

So you have: P150 from the controller and 12v (10.75) from the power supply to door board? Do you have a watchdog LED on the door board? To get the watchdog, the board needs to see a resistance across the motor armature. Open armature = no WD.

Thanks to everyone for the advice. Definitely the problem was a mix of several issues that you all said; motor open armature, damaged power supply (potentiometer), damaged motor encoder plug, and finally the photo-eyed sensor relay was getting stuck.

Thanks again for the help!
