So word has it that if a Kone Tool (Laptop program) exists only Kone has it. True or False and if false where could I buy one?

It exists. The tool we used was the Console program to go deep into Kone LCE and Drives. Very hard to use. Not much about Kone is user friendly. Part of the password to log in is the floor number the car is sitting at so it is constantly changing if car is in service.
