Hi. I have a unit OTIS MS300 lift, at the moment Error 04 appeared. We tried to measure the terminal *37 controller and jumper *37 to *32 (110vac) then the lift is working. We see the relay contactor *DMD engnize and the lift can slow speed.
May i know what is *DMD relay for? Kindly need assist on this guys. thanks
