hi guys

Need some advise for this issue.

Lift always not working when floor level, check:-

1. GECB, status Shutdown
2. Check on GECB, events show this
- 0011 SpbCommErr, 0012 Power on, 0014 Poweroffon, 0027 PowerReturn
3. (2) Drive menu, show event log this
- 111 No Id fdbk,
4. (3) SPBC, event shows this
- 508 Overspeed, 512 Bat Charged

If i power off and power on back, the lift will back to normal operation.

May i know whats wrong with this?

Best regards
Nick

When the GECB displays "Shutdown" it is related to a Drive fault.

What software is the Drive running? From the fault it could be an Ultradrive AP131400DAA?

111 No Id fdbk 112 No Iq fdbk
E4 An error has been detected with the current feedback of the inverter during magnetization of the motor at the beginning of the run.

Possible Causes & Solutions • Open motor phase → check motor wiring continuity. • Bad current sensor → return unit for service.

It sounds like a bad drive....

Just be sure brake sw's are good. Maybe take brake sw out of parameters and see if it still shuts down. Always floor level could make it think brake did not drop or a contact on a Brake relay. Just be sure before you spend lots of $ on drive repair,

hi. Thanks for information guys.

Alex75, not sure what model, i need to recheck it on nameplate drive regen.

Rolly, yes today will check the brake switch if the lift breakdown again.

Will take more information if breakdown again, focus on drive part.

Best regards
Nick
