Greetings Everyone

My technician adjusted the kingpin of the SA GED mnxy for a schindler smart mrl 002 elevator. However, the safety gear is not keeping of the rails. We put it at 3 o'clock with no contact with rails but it does not stay in place at the upward movement of the schindler smart mrl 002 elevator. Anyone know why? Is the safety gear bad?
It started touching the rails after the guide shoes weared out but is not going back in place with the new guide shoes.
