My customer sent us the above problem which is a letter from Schindler requesting access on site to rectify this issue. Can any one tell me, has there been an accident with the 3300.
They will rectify this corrective action free of charge, in the presence of us being there.
They also want our customer to provide them our details in order to clarify the responsibilities
