Elevateyou stranger Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 9	Hey any one out there ever had an issue with Otis 411 dropping the rope gripper after running the car on inspection the put the car on auto car levels into floor opens doors drops the gripper. Tool shows BTST NOR/enable fault.
