Hello everyone. Customer is asking to install some R&R TPV units to a building that has the Resolve 20 controls. I got a quote from R&R but I'm hearing from other Kone techs that the R&R units don't work on the Resolve products. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I'm thinking there may be some truth because customer thought they were already installed when they did the MOD and they obviously weren't. I have seen them on new installations but I don't think I've seen on on a MOD job.
