I have a gem 311 that seems to have lost its pre torque hold as the brakes release. Counter weights drift the car a couple inches before every run on an empty car. I do have a blue tool but for the life of me can't find any brake pick times or pre torque to play with in the selections. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
