If you need to change programming your going to need to call a dealer or get a favor from someone. Bella (symmetry) has a proprietary tool to change anything in the PLC. You can do most work without it but you'll need it to change parameters. They are pretty tight about those tools. A previous employer who wasn't a dealer called a dealer cross country and convinced them to sell us one. I think Bellas response was any dealer that sold a tool wouldn't be a dealer anymore. They won't even talk to you without verification of who you are and what company your with.
That being said, they were using victory doors/operators, which alot of manufacturers use so you could probably get an operator from them.
