Looking for best practices from folks who have already had to do this.

We have a lot of DMC's that we have to do the DLM retrofit on. We need external DOL/DCL. It appears that the easiest way may be to add two additional magnet holders on the drum where the existing ones are at, and add the sensors on the end of the cabinet.

Know the guys/gals in Ny and FL have already gone through this.

Any input for best solutions would be great.

There are several ways to do it, a cheap one is to use two Schindler 330A magnetic sensors which are small,
but depending on the DLM you use, they come with sensors or you have the option to buy it,
For example, C.E electronic provides 2 sensors with mounting hardware,
and lastly it depends on which DLM unit you get, no need to monitor DOL and DCL just 1
