I have a duplex Tac 50-04 Quantum Drive and I have occasionally gotten a fault recorded indicating a gripper monitor input fault, but no gripper is present. I have a Torin gearless with 2 brakes. An SFR command returns the car to service and this issue is not being recorded with any demand velocity, or in the same spot in the hoistway.
Should I be looking at the brake switches or any other NC contacts in the controller? Fault description in IMS is limited to ISIS models only.
