Don't know if this helps but to put on inspection in controller, remove CLU wire from card rack, jump SS (321) to J (393) on Relay board, then DG (363) to US2 (378) to run up and DG (363) to DS2 (379) for down. Would place jumpers accordingly on removed safety circuits but still utilizing safety circuit through run bug.

There was no construction mode with a 6010. It was not like the MiProm 21 type control. You had to use meters and amp meters to set the armature current and the motor shunt field current. It was a complex procedure. Attached is a simplified cheat sheet. It is not the complete setup procedure, just a quick checksheet whose author is unknown. So proceed with caution.

Thanks.

That was what I was afraid of. I was hoping that someone might have came up with a way to do it. We are modding a group of them, and the controllers and motors were going to be the last part delivered. Wanted to run the drive and do all we could do in the hoistway and car, and do the motors and controllers once they come in.

Thanks again for the inputs.

You can do that by jumping out all the hoistway and car safety circuits, door locks, limit sw's, etc. Then run on the inspection circuit from the controller.

You would of course need the Gov. circuit and a stop sw. as in any Mod change over.
