Hey guys,
Having an issue with an Otis LCB2. It was a Mod done by Otis in the early 2000's (new controller, shaft wiring, cartop wiring, tape reader, door controller).
Currently on Normal showing NAV and NR in the idle state.
Won't drive on Inspection or on Normal. Have looked at all fuses and tested voltage at LCB2 board, all ok. Don't have the Normal state LED on the LCB2 board though.
LED's on the LCB2 board that are on are:
VLC, DW, DFC, DOL, DOB. I don't have NOR/d which I know I need for it to run.
I have voltage all the way through the safety circuit and door circuit. I also have voltage through the machine room pendant back to the LCB2 board but when switching between inspection and normal nothing changes state, not the LCB2 board or the INS contactors.
Any help would be much appreciated.
