Is it possible to remove a hallstation board and still be able to use the elevator? I just found out from Adams that they don’t have any in stock and they’re only doing repairs. They have no idea when they’ll get them back in stock. If that doesn’t work is there anyway to bypass this issue, i’d like to send the board in for repair without shutting down the elevator.

You can leave it in, when they quit working usually the button just doesn't work but all other floors do. You could move that bad board to a top or less used floor

Did you try to join the cable together at that floor? Use a cat6 -cat6 connector. Not sure if it will fault it out or not but you can try.
