Schindler 3300 Getting 3556 fault under menu 50

Have reset with 101 1 & tried 127 1 on access & reset
button and 125 1 but I'm not sure about the jumpers on 5- & 9-10 no prints)

Elevator is at top floor (6th)
Door clutch will pick like it wants to run and then drop. It
does this several times before faulting out.

I believe the display shows the elevator thinks it's at 1st floor even though it is at the 6th (top floor)

I suspect the 3556 is a safety circuit fault as the car won't
run on any mode even with door lock bypass

If it's a safety circuit and it's lost, if I fix the safety circuit.
will it auto correct the floor position?

if this not work, drive the car out of the zone with ese, press reset inspection or DRZS button (depending on bionic and TSD version).

3556 Safety circuit not closed at IKTS (shaft door contact not closing)

I got all the safety circuit & door lock issues resolved.

If the elevator is at the top floor (6) it thinks it's at 5. When the elevator is on normal, it runs down about 6in and faults out


If the elevator is at the bottom floor (P) it thinks it's at 1. When the elevator is on normal, it runs up about 6in and faults out
Faults are 01S 9099 & 02E 4392


Is there a way to do a correction run?
Is there a way to do a learn run?

Any other possible solutions?

4392 Hoistway door bypass device (hoistway access) not operating properly.

9099 Out of service & NOT available for inspection operation (check error log for cause).

Correction Run is automatically performed after a reset, inspection, recovery but you get an error: 4392.
Any other faults?

CF0 - 00 Lop counting
CF1 - PA1 first floor name, PA2 second floor name, .... PA6 last floor (if you have 6 floor)
Check how many floors the controller stored.

with 116 you can start a learning trip.

Perhaps, one of KTS are not closed or incorrectly wired or SUET PCB has a fault.

CF8 PA7 = 0 disable PreOpening, has the error pattern changes????

NA version is little different from EU. Can i get the wiring diagram pls.
