Got a 4-Stop Hydro that if I put in a multiple call from the basement the car will stop at the Lobby but won’t open the doors. No DO signal. A 1 floor run from basement to lobby is fine and in the down direction a multiple floor call works fine including the lobby. Tried DIP A1 reset still the same. Any ideas on what to check?

Check the door-zone magnets, sounds like a magnet is not detected from bottom to top at the Lobby

Smartrise controllers can have some funky glitches. Are you getting any faults popping up on the SRU board when this happens?
