Looking for feedback on this controller. Company can pick several of these units on service, but I'm wanting to know if we should pick these up on service. Any of you guys work on these units? What do you think about serviceability, parts, software. What are the known issues with these controllers. See attached photo.

Don't cover parts or labor. You'd be setting yourself up for failure dollar wise.

If all time and parts are billed for? Sure pick them up.
