Hi guys!!!

I'm really having problem with this v3f20 drive.
This is the case.
I have a marine elevator with tms 600 v3f20 drive.
I change the main board from the v3 f20 but didn't work. I am copying all parameters from the old pcb into the new one with invomon program. When I tried to do the learning shaft it starts but after 2 sec stop with stfail error. I manage to get one other new pcb but didn't work either. The problem now is that although relays are on, no movement of the elevator.

Is it something I need to do extra to the new pcb when I replace it?

Ps1 I have an elevator that has the same pcb. I took that one insert the parameters and it works right away.
PS2 both of the new pcb the elevator works in inspection mode.

Is it possible both of the new pcbs are faulty? Or they have different software and cant synchronized with old pcbs of the rest tms 600?
I'm sending to photos one of the old pcb and one of the new.

Does anyone knows when you replace the front pcb in v3f20 drive what else you should do except the parameters?

Hi,

the pcb´s seem to be the same.

i'll send you a link with documents i have.
Please do the commissioning troubleshooting according to the manual if necessary.
Version of Invmon ?

What happens when you install the new PCB in the PS1?
The same fault as PS2?
Do PS1 and PS2 MCB PCB's have the same software H12?

To troubleshoot increase reg_fault_delay.
Is the motor energized when the startup starts, how much current does the motor consume?
Is the brake signal on?
Disable "speedo supervision" jumper, same fault?

On the picture it looks like the capacitor is cracked and the LM337 has contact with the capacitor.
Please check! If so PCB faulty.
