Getting a 3592 fault at different floors, fault isn’t in my list. Does anyone know what it is?

Does anyone have adjustment procedures for these fermator door locks? The last guy put them on drop box and it timed out before i downloaded them.

Ok, noticed today that the sh relay drops out while car is at a standstill, reading 24.75 volts at coil but sometimes drops below 16vdc and than jumps back up. 24vdc supply has a solid 26.6 vdc, anyone have an issue with the 24vdc coming out of the SEMNA board. I’m thinking this is my issue with 24vdc relay sporadically dropping out and the 3592 door lock faults.
