Having issues with the set up of GAL MONTX door
Operator and the NXT Hall door locks, there isn’t any running clearance between the clutch and the hall rollers ? The clutch is fully retracted and measures 3 3/8” wide which is also the same dimension between the hall door lock pick up rollers. Anyone have an issue setting up this equipment and adjusting ?

The Hall local should be adjustable. It has a very similar mechanical design to the Fermator operators on Schindler 3300s and Orona 3g, if you've ever worked on those.

Odds are your door release assembly is to positioned wrong, , to much or to little pressure in the spring will change the outside of rollers dim.

Also, the interlock skate and dumb skate of the clutch should both be of equal distance from the pick-up rollers (centered) when the clutch is in retracted position. Plus the rollers should be extended and fixed outward enough to prevent rounded edges, while in enough to allow propper running clearance.
