Is anyone willing to share the Otis 211 phone programming info? I am trying to help out a senior citizen home that does not have a lot of money to spend. I have many hours of work on my own time trying to help these people out. someday I might be in their situation. Thanks to all of you fellow elevator brothers

is it the phone board mounted on the inside of the c.o.p? about the size of a credit card? if so programming is a pain. i have had to replace 2 or 3 board befoe i could get on that would work, also have had the speakers/mic go bad. when you order the the board form otis it comes with programming info. another trick is to call otis and sometimes if you get the right person explain what you need, they will program to the building office.
