Since the M2000 came out, we have had a few board failures on initial start-up. That never used to be the case with the PHC 1000, which we installed many hundreds of.
And there have been a few M2000 board failures during service, too.
Overall, I'd say they have more problems now than ever. Maybe they are making their boards in a sweatshop.
