The book says: The Car Control detected an error on the door drive. The door can not reach its end position. After several attempts the door will be blocked.

The easiest solution to this is to check for a built-up ridge of dirt (sludge, grease, etc.) on the back of the track. The doors will open, but the rear door roller will ride up on the small mound of debris on the back of the track. Then when the door drive turns off, it will roll back down it a slight bit and generate that error.

Or, the door is actually simply not reaching the end position it learned when it first did a learn run.

Had the same faults on a job and it ended up being the belt tension from the motor...

found one where the factory motor lead connection in the header was completely loose. damn thing would run for a few days then not run at all then run again. when we went to change the motor we found it. also the high voltage to the door operator passes through the cop board which can screw up some communications. we re-route it out of the board and away from the low voltage harnesses.
