We have a 4 station V1504 VPL which has lost (24V) power to the call stations. Inside the wiring panel was a schematic but it does not seem to match the actual wiring inside the panel. The mfg date on the lift is 2006 and the diagram shows a date of 2002.
Also, due to renovations, i would like to reconfigure the lift from a four station setup to a three station setup.
What we (humbly) require is a wiring diagram for the V1504 that uses a three stop configuration. I will attach some photos of the electrical panel if necessary. Thanks in advance!

Are you a licensed mechanic/lift technician?

I will upload the existing schematic i have if it will help.
It is a paper copy so i will have to find a way to scan it.
Please let me know if posting the schematic on this site is in keeping with forum protocol. Any other thoughts about this reconfiguration would be appreciated. Thanks again!

Thanks Elev^te79: We Emailed Savaria directly. They were fantastic but their dealer location nearest to us is around 200km. I will reconnect with them on Monday, but i am not a Savaria dealer.

There is a MultiLift Dealer Guide PDF available online.
I guess i am hoping to find a similar PDF but for a three station V1504. I am converting the lift from a four station unit to a three, and i am confident the easiest solution is to find a three station wiring schematic. I have (so far) been unsuccessful scanning the wiring diagram i have, but i am still trying.

Concord and Savaria merged a few years ago and I've found that Concord's tech staff is extremely helpful. Their number is (800)-265-5416 or local (519)-681-3311.

From my experience, the batteries (which should be something like 2, 12v 7ah and readily available) can fade over time and cause issues like yours. Also, the charging mechanism, which is the small green circuit board, may not be emitting the 24v necessary to operate the door locks and call stations correctly.

The small green circuit board (PS241F) had a questionable tantalum capacitor so i soldered in a new one.
I also installed a new power supply module which i keep as spares.
A pull switch which had been removed and replaced by a jumper wire had a bad terminal connection.
The call stations and electric strikes all have power now.
The call station lockout switches are being eliminated.
As the lift will now be serving only 3 stops, two limit switches and their corresponding relays are being removed as well.
Because the lift is not for public use i will also be integrating a manual switch to provide the needed 12 volts to lower the platform in the event of a power failure.
The power failure circuit (and) relay is being reconfigured to suit.
I have worked nearly all afternoon on the revised schematic and i have come to realize that all the skilled tradespeople i grew up with or worked beside have now past.
Thanks again,
