Hello Guys,
Otis Gen 2 problem. Elevator runs on mr inspection, runs on car top, runs on fire service. Will not run on normal operation.
Testing guys at site day before, everything ok when they left?
Saw G003 fault, now cleared.
Won't take calls.
Any ideas

CHCS switch?
DDOS switch?
Do you have a DLF displayed on your car monitor?

When was the unit installed? You may want to check the controller backup batteries at the bottom of the controller. If they are starting to get weak it can cause similar issues. They need to be replaced I believe every 5 years or so.

If it is the batteries OCSS will be NAV and there will be a current fault that won't clear, don't remember which. Don't rule out the batteries because they read the correct voltage!

Problem was flat belt sensor.
Time to change cables(belts).
Turned off sensor, car ran.

I think it's a UTB or UTC to unlock panel. How do u navigate thru the menus to get to the belt sensor with the service tool?
