Have several Symmetry lulas. They are faulting on what the local distributor called a maintenance error. They sold us a Schneider programmer for the PLC with NO information. Anyone out there know anything about these? These are located in public schools and are getting a lot of use.
After playing with it for a short time it was pretty easy to use. I was able to reset the maintenance counter to 0 and set it for 364 days instead of 30. I was also able to correct many of the errors the installers made in the parameters. Some of the units were set to respond to the wrong floors on fire service and some were set to the wrong floors and the rear openings when they had no rear openings. All in all, it was a wise investment. Thanks for the help.
