Hey everybody, I’m new on here, and I was hoping to get some feedback from the Austin TX area. I recently passed the interview and was given a final ranking of 39.. I know I know, pretty high for the area, but that’s what happens with no college or certifications! Any idea how long it might take for them to finally call on me? Should I try to interview in another city? How is business going in Austin right now? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Congratulations. I was ranked in the top 5 in Local 81 in San Antonio recently and it was over a month until I got the call. San Antonio is very busy from what I can tell so I imagine Austin would be as well. When you do get the call, be prepared to work as hard as you ever have and be ready for the mechanics. They aren’t the nicest of people. I’ve been in only a month and it’s the toughest thing I’ve ever done, physically and mentally. More so mentally . Good luck!
