New member here- Thanks for having me! So long story short we have a TAC 32 in a school - 3 floor, single cab system that suffered a power outage. Initial symptoms - motor would not energize, no hall call or in car response to any buttons (not even a momentary light). Checked all the fuses, pulled power and the 3v battery, restarted it, reloaded the USB flash. After that things improved a bit. Motor energized, we could move it on inspection mode-but not through the tool. No response from cab buttons (reset board in cab) WE could manually open the door and when it would close the curtain would stop the door, but not open it back up...
Fast forward a bit Reinitialized some things using the RemoteFAST and now here we are... can go to all floors in the cab now, doors work properly, main floor with Up and down call buttons works properly-- lights up, calls the cab... However on the top floor- no call call light at all when pushing the button, same on bottom floor- no call light and the car stays put. Not seeing any power at the HC button, but we are getting power to the key switch (green LED)
Checked the boards in the chaseway and reset all 3, and still the same issue We are getting a green light on the boards and the fuses check out. On the UIT we are pulling errors 1125-1128. They pop back up right after clearing them. I personally think it is one of the boards in the chaseway, but with 2 seperate floors out it makes it a little odd.
Any thoughts on this?--Or questions.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had already done that shows the middle floor online, but the other 2 are offline. It was part of the troubleshooting flowchart

yeah, all 3 of them. Ran dhnf about 5 times of the course of the diag as we reset every board in the chaseway. It's not a stupid question, the questions that are never asked are the only stupid ones lol.

ran a TECC command as well--That was part of the troubleshooting flowchart for a CAN communications failure. Placed the system in inspection mode and ran the TECC command followed by DCN. It shows node 0 offline, 1 online, and 2 offline. None of the jumpers were changed, so the node addressing should be correct as well. --My concern is the fact that the top floow and the bottom floor the lights don't light up, even momentarily, but the middle floor both buttons work to call the elevator. I appreciate everyone's help and quick replies. It's always fun troubleshooting through a forum

The order of commands is critical when teaching the hall nodes. Some of the manuals are wrong. Do a TECCR, then a TECF, then a TECC. Pause and pay attention though after the TECF. Does it complete or fail? No need to continue if it fails. You probably have a bad HNB. Could be an open teach line but not very likely. Oh and check the voltage on the CAN channel, should read like 2.5vdc to ground on the high and slightly less, like 2.4 on the low and visibily fluctuating. If it’s off it could be the CPUA.
