My office is looking to pick some of these units up on a service contract, but before we do I was wondering if there is any insight you can share on the serviceability of these units. Don't to pick them up on service if they are difficult to work on.

Appreciate any info you can share.

Don’t touch them unless all mechanics will have a blue Otis tool or one on every job. Besides that, no issues I can think of.

Agree with Indirtwetrust, we picked up a few of these but before a contract was signed we had the customer order the blue tool for each location to be stored on sight. Once you have the tool you can do everything you need to. They are basically 211's with a handheld to access parameters, faults, and do resets.
