Hall calls work as normal. Car calls answer the call, when car arrives at desired floor, door does not open automatically, have to press D.O.B. or the floor call again. Checked all magnets, parameters, inputs etc. Reloaded software also. Same thing.

Are you absolutely sure car is not overshooting and leveling back down?. I had this happen to me on Tac 32 hydro , didn't cause faults. I can't recall if it was only car calls that didn't open door, or car and hall.

Sounds crazy familiar. Turn it onto Fire Service, then off, and see if that clears it.

We were able to get back to the job this week. Tried Phase one and Phase two, still same issue. D32 was on 0, we changed that to 2 and wrt with a reboot. Still same thing. Speed of this job is 125fpm, and speed is fine.

Might not be a bad idea to change D26=1 then change back to D26=0 since you loaded new software into board. Since you had D32 at 0 no telling what could be wrong. possibly a glitch when loading.

this may be premature......will know for sure after Thanksgiving. It appears to be the expansion board. We are getting in the 24 volts, but at test points only 16 volts, with all the cons unplugged.

More to follow.

We hooked up the new expansion board and the same thing. Thyssen thinks bad board, and are sending another one. We will bench test the next one before we hook up and then test afterwards. Keep it updated as we find out more.
