Hi,
Does anybody know what is this error?
It occurs randomly after the cabin stops at floor.

Make sure Brakes have low movement micro switch. Omron makes one. Part number Z-15HD-B. Gets rid of a lot of false crap.

Make sure the machine does not move after the main brake drops. There is going to be time between the main and the e-brake.

Thanks for the answer...this model has no brake switches, but some other way that the controller recognizes the state of the brakes (probably by the current and resistance).
It seems like the relays on the inverter are tired because there is some voltage on the brake's plug without drive command, sometimes even 100 vdc.

Most likely everything I said does not apply. What machine do you have? If it is a green machine do the brakes set at the same time? Can you post a picture of the board the the LCE is connected to.

I had the same fault when I replaced a new kdl and both brakes. For some reason parameter 6_61 was wrong (3). When I changed that, the fault disappeared and both of the brake tests went succesfully through.

U just need to adjust the brakes

Kone LCE kdl16s 126 3088
Motor movement [mm] LWD input (mA) Sequential brake dropping warning
Sequential brake dropping is performed at each normal
stopping. Drive has detected movement from motor during
the stopping phase which indicates one single brake does not
produce enough force to hold the car steady.
Adjust brakes according to AS instructions.

Menu 6_61
61 Brake control type
0 = BCK, dual brakes
1 = BCK, dual brakes, voltage reduction Voltage is reduced 2
seconds after brake opening. This must be correctly set or otherwise
brakes can be overheated
2 = BCL, single brake Used only in NA where other brake is
controlled by ADO-N
3 = BCX, dual brakes, configurable voltage Parameter is set
automatically to 3 if BCX is present. Voltage is set to pick value
through parameter 90 and, after 2 seconds voltage is set to hold value
through parameter number 91.
