I’m having a issue with a older 1982 Dover oildrauilc. Customer complained of intermittent door problems at several floors. We pulled out all cards from rack and reinserted them! You know now it was a mistake! Elevator now is sticking at bottom floor with doors open. If it’s put moved from bottom floor with cartop inspection and put back to auto it will go to all floors and work fine but it act like it has a bottom hall call sticking and once gets there is stuck. We have 5.0vdc on Top Bot card test point —1U but unlike other terminals that have 0vdc ie 1C l, TC that have 0vdc 1U has between .45 to .95 Vdc we have tried other cards and still have same voltage .45-.95? Not sure what’s up where this is coming from any help appreciated. We have tried swapping all cards with no difference. The DC relay is slightly picking sitting at bottombutnon close action. We have removed field wires from bottom hall call and car call no change?

Lol “reseated boards”
Try cleaning the board contacts with a pencil eraser and make sure they are all fully inserted
