I am having a swift futura problem. What is happening is intermittently. And only on the lobby level. But sometimes it just Re levels and re levels till the drive faults. If I hear it start to do it. I can put on inspection and back to auto. No more Re level. No problem Anybody have any ideas. Checked Thro door locks and gate switch and also looked over the selector tape right in that spot. But nothing looked out of place

“Only at the Lobby”. I’ll assume Lobby is lowest landing. 1) Dead Zone too tight? 2)Floor Magnet at Lobby slid down? DS limit opening, and LD input still active. 3) Brake Drop parameter is a wee bit too long?
I’d look at #2 first. SCR or Generator Drive?

Had the drive removed and repaired. Supposedly. But. In the process they corrupted the ram chip. So I was not able to get all the parameters. I got lucky and found a sheet with most of them. Auto tune and input all. Call will run but constantly relevels now on every floor. I can figure out why any help would be great

Does it relevel in both directions? Do you see UFLZ or DFLZ dropping in and out? What about the dead zone? Is it a gearless machine if it is the brake relevel voltage will need to be right...too little car wont relevel...too much and you can overshoot.

[Re: Robotech]
It’s a geared machine. I dropped the level fpm to like 4 feet. That seemed to solve that. But since the drive shop. The car is going too fast. 420. When it should go 400. I tried moving the rpm in drive. And it didn’t like it. And 420 is not bad except the bottom and top floor. There is a emergency speed switch. But it doesn’t overt shoot the floors going that fast. Still more work to do
