Hi All
We have recently taken over a 15 year old Schindler 3300 4 stop lift.
We have an issue where the button on the intermediate floors are not working correctly.
What happens is:
You press the down landing call button
It does not register or light up
However the Up button then lights up and registers the call ! ( stays lit)
The lift will come to the floor and answer the registered call.
If you press the Up button
It will register the Up call
The lift will respond to the up call.

We have reset the lift , but this has made no difference.

Any ideas as to why the down button is lighting the Up call?

This is our first Schindler lift we have worked on , so we have limited knowledge of the produce and system
