We can't get the display to show up on our monitor. The forward button is flashing only. Car will run on inspection but will not run on auto.

We have changed monitors already. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the voltages on the SPU Link Board?

Power supply is probably high. Car will act funny if it's over voltage. Check ur power supply.

Voltage on both power supplies are 24v. This car was running fine until Saturday. Everything shows that it wants to run but car will not. We can push a call and it will hold but won't close doors or anything. Have a computer but it won't let me pull up the diagnostics for some reason. Trying to see about getting another.

Swift Futura is one of the models, Merida is another, and 5000 is another.

There should be a 5v test point (TP5) on the SPU Link Board, you don’t make mention of that in your reply. What color is the SPU button on the upper left? Should be green. Red is no SPU running.
That power supply is located behind the SPU Link Board. Is the SPU “On/Off” switch in the ON position? Are the F1 thru 6 front panel breakers on?
Most all fixtures are 24v, hall or car.

Spu button is green. Spu is in on position. All breakers are on. Will have to check the test point. Everything on the wizard shows connected and working but even if we run the car to the bottom it won't reset or change the position indicator.

Well heck.
Only other thing I can think of is the EPU Link Board on the car top. It too has fuses, one being for communication “from” the car.
