Have a kcm831 that is throwing a 26 drive not ok and 120 sub code 1025 losing leg of power. Only get flts. If unit has been sitting idle for a long period, say 3 hrs. I've check monitored in coming power and power out of transformer all good. Checked motor and wiring to motor, and have replaced drive but still have same flts.please help

If you are in North America and parameter 6-12 is 1 turn it to 0 and save.
