Wondering if anyone has changed out a Blaine Valve and replaced it with a Maxton valve? I've heard it is a pain just because of the different oil line sizes but we two cars that share a small machine room and are used constantly which causes the oil and take to heat up a ton. From my experience the Blaine valves don't hold up well when the oil gets warm like this but Maxton seems to work better in conditions like this. We have had several problems with these cars and the valves specifically, again it appears to be due to use and the heat produced by both running so much so I'm looking into what it would take to change them to Maxton valves - like i said ive heard it can be a pain but want to get opinions from anyone that has specifically done this before. Appreciate the help

If the real issue is usage driven heat then changing the valve to Maxton is probably not going to solve the problem.
A cooler can help but only if there is sufficient temp difference between the oil and the air.
The best product that i have seen to eliminate heat issues is a Blain EV4. it is a VVVF controlled motor and pump that eliminates the control valves in the UP direction and by doing so most of the heat generation. I have seen it take cars that were shutting down a couple of times a month due to heat issues to no shutdown for almost 2 years.
