Case sharing of install elevator traction wheel from our customer

Our customer bought one elevator Traction wheel for WWTY-A-1600 Tractor complete pulley, then they found there have some cracks on the product.



We found the problems after we confirm the installtation with our customer.

The type of this elevator traction wheel is YYJ-XD-WWTY-A-1600-R.

And YYJ-XD-WWTY-A-1600-R traction wheel is shrinkage fit product, so it can not using normal installation for this traction wheel.





Preparatory work

1. Clean the product to be heated and remove any burrs
2. Review the key file size of quilt cover and record it.
3. Prepare the work place, adjust the working table of the quilt cover to be placed horizontally, and prepare the fixed tooling to be lifted.
4. According to the different materials of the product, calculate its thermal expansion, and then make a measuring rod.


Heating
1. Set heating temperature according to the thermal expansion of the product.
2. Put the product into the burner for heating.
3. When the product is heated to the set temperature, heat preservation treatment is carried out (according to different products), so that the product is heated evenly.
4. When the product is kept warm for a certain period of time, the open furnace door is measured with a measuring rod. When the expansion amount reaches the required time, the heat sleeve is carried out.


Shrinkage fit
1. When the product has reached the requirements of the hot sleeve, it should be hoisted out quickly, and the keyway should be aligned with the keyway;No keyway should be aligned with the center of the rapid set, and check the clearance between the shafts, and then use the installation to fix it, to prevent thermal expansion and contraction of the gap.
2. After the hot sleeve is completed, the temperature drop should be controlled, slowly cooled, and tightened
