Been having issues tracking what’s going on with a swift meridia. Today we saw the CEN relay drop out in the down direction only and between 1st and 2nd floor not every time. Has anyone chased this before?

It could be a few things, what faults are being recorded when CEN drops, also see if the drive is faulting out as well. before i can point you in the right direction i need to know those few things. CEN should never drop out unless the drive throws a fault or a fault is recorded which drops out the EMST/FLT output on the CCU.

Thanks for responding. I wasn’t actually on site so much as trying to help a brother. That being said I ended up taking over for him today as he had to quarantine. When he got there to take the call he said he could run car up just fine but when going down it would do an emergency stop around 1019-1016 then level in. No hard fault on drive but speed deviation alarm causing a 58 fault which can only happen 3 times in an hour I believe. He was out today and I went up to take over I got it (I think 🤞🏻) but it was a long day of undoing what had been tried to get back to original issue then troubleshooting that. I’m back in the area tomorrow so I’ll swing by and see if there’s any faults. Thanks again
