Got one that lost its memory for some strange reason. 2 stops

Reloaded thumbdrive and performed shaft learn. Elevator runs on auto, but overshoots the floor in up and down direction. Does re level. Tried every parameter that we could think of, but to no avail.

Looking for suggestions.

parameters for slowdowns?? Inches in both directions sounds like slowdowns are set too close to the floor. What valve do you have?

I believe that slowdown distances are in the valve adjustment portion of the software.

P17 and P18 were it.

They got luck on the up direction first math worked out perfect.

down took a lot more time.

They got it.
