Indirtwetrust ElevatorPractitioner Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 1,535 Local 18	The check redundancy shutdown should be associated with a fault. If the fault has been cleared, put the controller on inspection and cycle power. If it comes back up on CKR Shutdown you should get a fault to tell you why.

wltr00 enthusiast Joined: May 2015 Posts: 291	You should be able to with your IMS version. Just make sure it has the “Black” icon on the desktop as that is for 32 bit IMS which you need for TAC32.

SomeGuy newbie Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 40	Looks like we may be out of luck. The icon is blue. We have had the laptop for 15 or 20 years I think The help files only include tac-50, tac-20 and ISIS. Could someone PM me with a known good place to grab updated software if posting it here is not a good idea please?
